How Live Music Showcases Leadership

What if a concert was more than just entertainment?

Discover how the on-stage energy of Wet Leg, live at Glasgow’s TRNSMT Festival, can inspire leadership and team spirit in today’s workplace culture.

Who are Wet Leg?

Hailing from the Isle of Wight, Wet Leg is a British indie rock band formed in 2018 by Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers.

The duo quickly rose to prominence with their viral hit “Chaise Longue” in 2021, before going on to win two Grammys and two Brit Awards in 2023.

Known for their witty humour and unapologetic authenticity, the band expanded in 2025 with Ellis Durand (bass), Henry Holmes (drums), and Joshua Mobaraki (guitar, keys).

Their second album, Moisturizer, was released on 11 July 2025 — the same day as this very performance at TRNSMT.
